Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for the dates, route and vehicle stated. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email) and any advance agreed is received.

What’s included

Your confirmation lists what is included and excluded, such as fuel, driver allowance, tolls, parking, interstate permits, hotels and entry tickets. Extra kilometres, hours or stops added during the trip are charged as stated in your confirmation.

Travellers’ responsibilities

Please be ready at the pickup time, carry valid ID, look after your belongings, and follow the driver’s safety guidance. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in vehicles.

Changes and delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, but we will always help you re-plan.
